Placing an Order on the Website

Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser indicating that the order has been received and will be delivered to the address provided by the customer via an external shipping company. The company commits to preparing and packaging the order within 4 business days of receiving it. These days are counted as business days only, excluding weekends and holidays. The order processing is done on business days (Sunday to Thursday) and will be entered the next business day. The order will be delivered once the purchase process is completed, provided there is a valid credit card for charging or payment approval via PayPal. Use and confirmation are subject to PayPal's terms of use and privacy policy. Customers must ensure that they enter correct and accurate details. If details are incorrect, the company does not guarantee delivery of the jewelry to the intended address, and shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Purchase is conditional on the item being in stock. If the item is not marked as out of stock, the company is not obligated to sell it and no claims or damages can be made. If payment was made for an item not in stock, the company will refund the amount paid.

Shipping

The company is not responsible for shipping times or delays by the shipping company, but will assist customers with any issues. The company is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, such as: malfunctions, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, wars, incorrect address entry, customs hold, IT or phone system failures, etc. We ship worldwide via express delivery. Usually, shipments arrive within 5–14 days, but please allow up to 30 business days depending on order volume.

Please Note
- Shipped products are insured.
- If the delivery address is outside the shipping company's service area, the company is not obliged to deliver. Pickup can be arranged from company offices.
- Accurate address entry is the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent; once the shipment is dispatched, a tracking email will be sent.
- Invalid payment methods or out-of-stock items will be handled by site management, including order cancellation or termination.
- Product warranty and insurance before shipment are the company's responsibility; after dispatch, the shipping company is responsible.
- For delivery by a private courier to the home, the customer must be available by phone to arrange delivery; unavailability may incur additional shipping costs.
- For international shipments: the recipient is responsible for taxes, customs, clearance fees, etc., and Orvino is not responsible for these costs.
