Return Period:
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

If the cancellation is not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 20% of the transaction value or 30$ whichever is lower, will apply.
For credit card purchases, additional fees from the issuing company may apply.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in the condition you received it.
- Not have been used, with no signs of wear, with tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Products:
- Products must be undamaged and unused. Returning in the original packaging is evidence of this (subject to our inspection).
- All accessories that came with the product must be included.
- Returns must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number.
- The cost of shipping to the returns center is the responsibility of the buyer.
- A full refund will be issued for products returned properly, minus shipping costs and any applicable cancellation fees.
