Refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the reason for cancellation is without defect –
A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or $25, whichever is lower, will be charged. In addition, credit card transactions are subject to an additional cancellation fee from the credit card company.
The product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

In order to prevent inconvenience, we ask that you ensure that the product is not damaged as a result of use and that it has not been used of any kind.
Returning the product in its original packaging indicates that the product has not been used (subject to our inspection).
When returning the product, please ensure that the product is returned intact with all accessories that came with the product.

The costs of shipping the products to the site's shipping center will be applied to the buyer.
For these products that are returned as stated, a full refund will be given, minus shipping costs. If the business incurs additional costs, such as cancellation fees to the credit card company, these costs will be deducted from the amount of the credit that will be available to the customer. The credit will be given to the credit card with which the purchase was paid.
Notwithstanding the above, products that are indicated on the site as non-returnable will not be returned as stated. These products include, for example, custom-made products and products with special deliveries.
A full refund will be sent after the customer sends the product back to our offices.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
